He Must Increase
This Sunday is Reformation Sunday. One of the more popular sayings that came out of the Reformation is Semper Reformanda. It means “always reforming,” and you will often hear these words used as a rallying cry to keep Christianity relevant in a rapidly changing culture. But for the reformers, Semper Reformanda was not a call to continually change Christianity, but a call to be continually changed by Christ alone. And in a rapidly changing culture, there is nothing more relevant for us to proclaim. Join us this Sunday as we look back on the Reformation and the call to proclaim Christ alone and find out what John the Baptist meant when he said, “He must increase.”
Invite friends and family to worship in-person with us on Sunday at 8:00 (Chapel), 9:30 or 11:00 a.m. or online at pcpc.org/live/, the PCPC App with an iOS or Android device, Facebook, or YouTube.
